Streetwise Property Management Commercial Division oversees the day-to-day operations of commercial buildings and complexes locating in Oregon. We manage several office parks and retail spaces and aim to take all the guess work out of management.

We manage Class A, B and C buildings, including both large and small retail space and business parks. Our services include but are not limited to collecting rent, negotiating lease renewals, and supervising cleaning and maintenance activities.
