CHRIS KISH
OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER
A self-described risk manager, Chris Kish is a Property Manager who is committed to integrity and hard work. He has spent the last 10 years creating StreetWise Property Management, Inc and growing it from only a single property to over 160 homes managed. Chris manages multiple single, multi-family homes, small apartments and commercial spaces. He works with investors both in and out of state.
Influenced by ethics and customer service, he aspires to continue growing StreetWise Property Management over the years.
Chris oversees every project at StreetWise Property Management with the help of his team. He is a trusted property manager who is known through out the industry.
With more than 13 years of Real estate experience his expertise and commitment to property management has allowed him to be recognized as a leader in the industry. In 2020 Chris and StreetWise Property Management was honored to be recognized as a top 25 property management company in the Portland Metro Area.
Chris graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. In his spare time, Chris enjoys “all things Oregon” with his wife and daughters.
VICTORIA HARMON
OFFICE MANAGER/MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Victoria Harmon has been working for Streetwise Property Management as the office manager/maintenance manager for the past 3 years. Most of her duties involve connecting with current and potential tenants, showing rental properties and handling any maintenance requests that come in.
Previously, Victoria worked as a childcare director and has her associates degree in general science and early childhood education and development.
Victoria is always willing to take on projects and is the backbone of the Streetwise office.
Victoria and her husband moved from Washington to Oregon in 2016. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and dog.
KELLEY KISH
MARKETING MANAGER
Kelley Kish is the owner and photographer of Realty Photo NW. For the past 10 years she has help the top Realtors, designers and architects in the Portland Metro Area capture and market their homes.
When her husband, Chris, started Streetwise Property Management it made sense that Kelley would step in as the marketing manager. She is responsible for producing the marketing material that helps get each home rented including photography, videography, 360 tours and floorpans.
Kelley has had her work published multiple times both online and in print and is passionate about helping homes look their best.
Kelley graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Oregon. When she is not shooting, organizing and editing photos, Kelley enjoys DIY projects and exploring Oregon with her husband and two daughters.
